Usually I am a skeptic when it comes to these small popup type speakers, however I do have to say, this little guy surprised me. In order to reach the on/off switch you have to pop the speaker up, which is cool, but weird at the same time. There are two positions for the speaker, Bluetooth and AUX, they are also nicely labeled and easy to read. The AUX cable is tightly wound underneath the speaker and easily accesable. One caveat, the cable is rather short, so don't expect to go too far if you wind up being tethered to the speaker with a device that is not Bluetooth capable. However, if you're going to use the speaker for Bluetooth devices, that's not a worry, or you could always buy an extension. Like most devices, Bluetooth pairing is very simple, it's automatically in pairing mode once you switch it over the Bluetooth and my phone (HTC Rezound) find's the speaker and pairs without any issues. The sound, while not anything amazing, is adequate for solo use, or maybe a little porch listening, but don't expect room filling sound. That said, the quality is crisp and surprising for how small the speaker is. Again, you're not going to fill an entire room with it's sound, but it is defnitely better than the speaker that comes on any smart phone, but not quite the level of larger speakers, obviously. Batteyr life is good and charging is simple with the included USB cable. I suppose if you're looking for something small and portable, with the dexterity of Bluetooth or AUX connections, this will suit you just fine.
